Course Description
Receiving third-party funding is not only an important measure of success, based on which the academic qualification of researchers is evaluated. Often acquiring funding or obtaining a grant is also the prerequisite for young researchers to spend their postdoc studies at a place of their choice or to improve their qualifications.
During this information event, we will guide you – in a very compact form – through the grant application process, starting with an overview of the research funding landscape. Further, we will go through the elements of writing and submitting a grant proposal as well as the review process and what to do if a project is rejected. Of course, there will be enough time for all of your questions.

This workshop is offered by the Department for Research Services in collaboration with the Research Academy Leipzig.
